Mình có cách khả quan cho bạn để chuyển code opencart từ localhost lên hosting như thế này:
Các bạn chỉ cần làm theo 6 bước sau là đảm bảo thành công thôi.
Bước 1: Cần đưa tất cả các file ở localhost (host cũ) sang host mới. (Bước này dễ dàng rồi)
Bước 2: Mở các file config.php và admin/config.php xoá hết toàn bộ nội dung trong 2 file đó. (Mở file lên và xóa nội dung thôi nhé)
Bước 3: Backup database ở host cũ ra sau đó đổi tên file sql đó thành opencart.sql rồi vứt vào thư mục "install". Chú ý: ở host cũ khi cài xong bạn đổi tên thư mục "install" là gì thì giờ đổi lại là được, còn lỡ bạn xoá nó đi rồi thì bạn dùng phiên bản Opencart nào thì tìm thư mục install của phiên bản đó up lại và nhớ là phải chép đè file opencart.sql vừa mới backup đè lên thư mục cài đặt nhé.
Bước 4: Tạo Database ở host mới.
Bước 5: Xong những bước trên bạn tiến hành chạy url http://domain.xxx/install để cài site vào. (Trong đó domain.xxx là tên miền của bạn)
Bước 6: Nó sẽ tự động cài đầy đủ cho bạn luôn chỉ cần bạn điền thông tin của host mới trong lúc cài đặt là được.
Ghi chú: Với cách này bạn không cần lo sửa 2 file config như thế nào cho đúng kể cả 2 host khác nhau về đường dẫn thư mục cũng không lo.
